The customer service is by far the best we have EVER received at any stay at any hotel the we have been too!!!! The staff is amazing and super friendly!! Always had smiles on their faces:) We would definitely book here again!!!

We got a nice room and were upgraded to a high floor. The room was large and ticked all the boxes for what we needed. We had booked a room with a king bed and a sofabed for our teenage son - we had to request sheets and make the bed. (It wasn't a big deal, but was a little surprising, being that we've not had to do that in the past at hotels at a similar price-point.) The bathroom was a bit on the dark side but the water pressure was fabulous.

This is a great location that’s convenient to museums and the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall and the hop on hop off bus pickup locations. The staff is professional and courteous. We will be back!
