Beautiful Sacandaga lakeview home! A space created for guests who appreciate a calming aesthetic to retreat, rejuvenate and relax! Spacious first floor great room overlooking Sacandaga lake with mountain views! Enjoy lake access across the street from the property. Many great interior features including 3 indoor fireplaces and two outdoor, modern bathrooms, custom kitchen with large island, bar and two levels of outdoor deck/patio spaces!

First floor offers open floor plan with kitchen dining and great room and fireplace, full bathroom and foyer, two first floor bedrooms with queen beds with ample closet space.
Second floor offers two bedrooms with one full bed and one king bed, both with a sliding glass door to deck, loft area open to first floor and one full bathroom.
Ground level offers another fireplace, bar and entertaining area and full bath, pull out sofa.
Guest access
Ample parking on premises for 6-8 cars. The neighborhood is a mix and variety of lake homes. There is lake access within a 5 -10 minute walk.

Great house for a group of friends
Lots of open areas for my friends and I to hang out and talk. The kitchen was big enough to have 4 of us in there cooking !

Beautiful and spacious home
Celebrated a 60th birthday with friends and attended a show at SPAC. Great time was had by all! A bit of a ride to venue though.
Great place to get away from it all!
