The carpet in room 318 looked old. More than 2 people at reception are needed at pick times.

We have stayed here before and the manager Dubi as always put himself out to cater for our every need (unlike the staff of Hotels.com.)The hotel was full but the staff were happy to put themselves out. Nothing was too much trouble extra towels , toiletries etc. Would definitely recommend and will be staying again.

This is a nice hotel in a good location about 30 minutes walk along the seafront promenade to the centre of Netanya. The room was a good size with a balcony providing a proper coastal and sea view. The good sized pool was refreshing. There was plenty of seating available. Our suite was lovely, keep fresh and clean multiple times a day by Dennie who was always helpful. We had two full bathrooms but one was very open plan to the bedroom which was a bit unusual. Shay and Guy on reception were always very helpful and attentive and Meital great with our booking and check-out. I can highly recommend the Carmel Forest Spa. Very relaxing amazing food excellent service. Staff couldn't do enough for us. Great program during the day where you can exercise meditation relax all included. All a bit pricey but very special.

Very cool vibe to the hotel. Great retro theme which works really well. Beds are extremely comfortable and shower is simple but first class. Easy 15 minute walk to beach and marina. Lovely family stay at Mantur. The atmosphere was great and so was the local Kibbutz pool. The food was also brilliant. The rooms could do with a little refreshing but we really enjoyed ourselves

Orchid Okeanos far exceeded our expectations! We have stayed in many hotels around the world and it's always refreshing to be shocked by a hotel room. It was beautiful, clean, large and the sea view was completely perfect. All of the staff were extremely helpful especially the female manager and front desk staff! We would definitely stay again!
