The Lodge was spectacular and the staff friendly, professional, and helpful. Within hours of arrival, they knew our names. The room was large, private, clean and very comfortable with a large deck overlooking the rainforest, a huge bathroom and our own private hot tub. We did many activities through the lodge (hiking, yoga, night walk, bird watching tour) and the guides were excellent. The food was delicious and very fresh. Each dish was beautifully plated and generous. 5 stars!

Staff is not very friendly. After an exhausting day of driving to get to the airport hotel so we could rest and maybe have a cocktail and dinner, we went to the bar. The gentlemen at the bar was mixing some kind of drink and tasting it. We sat directly in front of him. No one else was at the bar. ...

The room was nice and spacious the resort was beautiful and the food was decent as well my only complaint was that they don’t serve bacon at all for breakfast I understand it’s a different country but the option would be nice. 9/10 though truly a beautiful place to stay I enjoyed myself
