"No breakfast, no restaurant, the shower area in the small bathroom was ridiculously tiny (60x40cm). So little sound isolation that you could hear children running on another floor.
The people were nice though, and the hotel is very, very cheap. But still."

"Located in the center of the town so it was easy to walk to the shopping and dining areas. The staff was very helpful and assisted with arranging hot balloon ride and tour. We requested earlier breakfast than the schedule due to our flight, they granted without hesitation. Highly recommend."
"The room was clean. But there was no shampoo or conditioner. The hair dryer was terrible. The pool was closed without notice. Staff was helpful and attentive. "
"Great locations and excellent customer service but the rooms need to be cleaned and light bulbs replaced and spa bath cleaned. The mattress is very hard to sleep on and in a queen room the doona cover was the size of a double bed, making it cold.
The breakfast was ok but a toaster would be great for those who just want toast and a coffee.
Accommodation would be excellent if the hotel just invested a bit of time in repairing the rooms. 3 stars from me"
"Amazing staff, amazing place.
Great value .
Will definitely stay again.
Unfortunately, we Found out breakfast was included by accident only after we attempted to pay on the last day of our stay.
I wish Expedia would have made that clear.
BTW, the breakfast was indeed first class!!"
"We had an incredible stay at Divan Cave House, even though we arrived quite late. The staff were extremely welcoming and made us feel at home straight away.
The only small downside was that the terrace wasn’t open later in the evening for a drink, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience.
We woke up early to visit Lovers Hill and came back to a sensational breakfast — a fantastic spread of fresh fruit, a great selection of options, and everything cooked really well. The staff were consistently helpful and pleasant throughout our stay.
The rooms were fantastic — clean, tidy, and very well organised. The whole setup of the hotel is impressive.
If I had to mention one minor improvement, it would be having a bit of milk available for the coffee station.
Overall, I can’t speak highly enough of this place. A strong 9/10 for me."
"Everything was perfect. Staff was so friendly and helpful. I had left something in my hotel room in Ankara and Rabbia (sp?) called that hotel twice for me to find it, and had them courier it to me.
Breakfast was excellent. So many choices. I loved the fresh cut fruit (kiwi, oranges, grapefruit) and made-to-order cheese omelets!"
"Fantastic hotel and views from the terrace. Cave room was clean and spacious. We used sister hotel’s swimming pool as well. They have decorated terrace and set up a model breakfast table for people to take photos with the balloon backdrop. Truly stunning. Staff is quite nice. Breakfast was absolutely amazing, lot of variety with both hot and cold items. They also provided breakfast box for the checkout day as we left at 6am. Hotel is located pretty close to the heart of the goreme town, walkable to many restaurants, stores, etc.
The only thing I disliked was that their restaurant didn’t provide exclusive access or reservations to hotel guests. You had to compete with everyone to get a table. We were not able to dine there in 4 night stay."
