It is located centrally in the city. Huyền, the manager, gave me a very warm welcome. She personally attended to my needs throughout my stay including arranging for transportation to the Vin Pearl Resort, which is another great place to stay at. It was my home away from home. I always looked forward to returning to the hotel after work. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The spa and gym facilities were excellent. There is a great selection at their buffet breakfast. The zenith bar accommodates you if you don’t want to venture out to check the local restaurants around the area. Most importantly, I felt safe during the typhoon that unfortunately hit Hanoi and the northern regions of Vietnam. About the pool, I know cause need to increase income so they have the lesson for kids in the summer, But too much kids, if you have 2 pools, why don’t keep one for guest?
