This spacious and modern 3-bedroom apartment is located minutes away from the very popular Sliema Seafront promenade, and close to many shops, cafes and sought-after restaurants.   
  
The apartment is located on the second floor and is served with lift. It is fully airconditioned all throughout.   
  
Upon entering the property, you will find a large welcoming area. The corridor will lead you to a bright and spacious open space kitchen/living/dining. The open plan is modern and tastefully furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped, with high standards, including a microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine, and you will have all the tableware and cookware at our disposal.   
  
The living space leads to a nice balcony with outdoor furniture: the perfect spot to unwind after a busy day sightseeing or a hectic day at work.   
  
Furthermore, the property comprises of 3 double bedrooms. The main bedroom is large and has its own ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
