This brand new one bedroom apartment is situated in a modern block just  
 a short walk to the Sliema seafront close to bus stops and ferries  
 making it ideal to quickly commute to different tourist hot spots  
 easily. Perfectly positioned with trendy promenade cafes, restaurants,  
 boat trips, bus stops and Sliema’s busy shopping centre within a 5  
 minute walk. It is just ideal for a couple or for a family with one or  
 two children.  
 Finished to high standards, clean and fully air-conditioned, this  
 modern unit consists of a living/dining area opening up to a large  
 balcony complete with outdoor furniture, a fully equipped kitchen, a  
 double bedroom and a bathroom. The double sofa bed in the living area  
 can sleep an extra 2 persons. WiFi Internet and Cable TV are being  
 offered on a complimentary basis.  
 The location of this property is unbeatable being just a short walk  
 away from the famous The Strand promenade in Sliema offering you shops,  
 cafes, restaurants, bars, water sports, beaches, etc. And for those of  
 you who prefer swimming in a pool, a number of quality lidos can also

#### Great Apartment

A great apartment in a very convenient location in Malta. Access to all amenities is close by and bus service is right in front of building. If I had to add one downfall it’s the road noise but that’s just a busy Malta thing.

#### Between and centred to everything

Located in a very working class neighbourhood, it was perfect. The hustle and bustle was a 5 minutes walk away for the area or a quick bus ride to Valetta or St. Julian’s. The condo was comfortable and spacious. The neighbours are quiet and respectful. Communication from the agency was excellent and they were quick to reply if any issues. Thumbs up.
