"The people at Taj were extremely hospitable, and we had a wonderful stay with them. We stayed for two nights, booked via two different channels. I had no hassle; they had preemptively merged the reservation. Food was good, their head chef had been constantly following up :). Their indoor and outdoor games were good engagement for kids. The pool instructor was helpful and stayed with my kid to get him comfortable in the water. Over had a wonderful experience here."

"i had made booking for 2 nights (28th Nov to 30 Nov) with full payment. the hotel mailed me on 28 Nov stating that the room is not available for 29th Nov and asked me to cancel the booking. The booking was made for three elderly ladies and asking to cancel at last moment is unprofessional. The hotel agreed to arrange for alternate accommodation. My issue is that the hotel should have not let me book the rooms if it was already full. changing plans at last moment only causes unnecessary embarrassment and tense situation."
