The location is right across the street from the edge of Western State. I was there during Fall Break, so it was rather quiet. I'm not sure if it gets louder during "normal" class times. Gunnison and the neighborhood are rather quiet though, and Gunnison is about 30 mins away from Crested Butte. I mention this, because we did wish there more food options in Gunnison. You won't starve in Gunnison, but if staying a week and wanting nicer food, you'll likely be headed to Crested Butte for a few meals. The place itself though was better than advertised in my opinion. I really liked how it was put together. The wifi worked well, we were able to watch our Netflix account, the heat was fine, the dishes/utensils/cookware was well stocked, etc. I definitely recommend the place. ##### Paul L. The property is at a great location and the bungalow itself is a perfect place to stay for small groups.
