The location is great, close to shops, main highway, and grocery store. Yard was great for the dogs to run around. Could use some updating in the bedrooms and shared bathroom, but other than that great stay. Hot tub was great after long ski days. Communication with the host was fantastic as well.
The home is updated inside. No issues with any of the home. The hot tub was a nice surprise. We had a little hiccup when we checked in but nothing that wasn't quickly worked out. Host was great.
Check in was super easy and the door code just happened to be my mom’s birthday, so easy to remember! The kitchen area was perfect for preparing and packing food each day and the room set up worked great. The hot tub was a huge added bonus!
The home was walking distance to college and grocery stores. It was clean and clear directions. The property was rustic and a little dated but overall was great.
The house is very outdated- no air for ac, no internet connection at all and on our third day, the WiFi completely dropped and connectivity could not be found at all. The windows were all very dirty with spider webs and caked on dust so couldn’t really open the windows. Coffee maker was rusted and felt unsafe to use. There was a mysterious hole in the wall covered by a plate. The second shower was very dark and musty. The main bathroom had a very strong sewer odor. The third bed’s linen was covered in white pet hair and had to change out the sheets and comforter. Not quite sure why other reviews said it is a great house and clean because it was not clean at all. We had to clean out the hot tub outside- it had lots of bugs and dirt floating around. The sofa set was different from the pictures and they had urine stench on the main sofa and found sunflower seed crumbs on the armchair. The main complaint was that the Internet connection completely dropped but the host said she had no issues since she moved in 5 years ago and after that response, any communication was left unanswered. Even after she asked us to text her and the partner to tell them about the garbage and checking out, there was no response. We are wondering how the cleaning fees and the hot tub fees were used if they were not used to actually clean them; we spent the first half of the day changing sheets, cleaning out the hot tub, cleaning up the crumbs on the chair, etc. Great location though!
The house was bigger than expected. There was plenty of room for a small group and the hot tub was a huge plus. Location was good since it was close to crested butte and several parks/trails. We drove no more than 45 mins to several different trailheads.

Needs a little help
We mostly enjoyed our stay. Little disappointed in the second bathroom, shower was very dark and the shower curtain feel on me when I was trying to open it.
Great location for families visiting the university, but a few small issuesThe home is in a great location, especially for families wanting to stay close to the university — very convenient and easy to access. However, we did run into a few minor issues during our stay. When we arrived, we noticed that there was a very limited supply of essentials. There was less than a full roll of paper towel in the kitchen, and the toilet paper was already nearly used up. We also found a broken corkscrew and a damaged pair of scissors, which made it a bit frustrating. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the location, but a little more attention to stocking supplies and replacing broken items would make the experience much better.
The stay was great. The home lacks curb appeal, but the inside of the home is in good condition. The home is very old, but it's clear that the owner is continuously making improvements. The kitchen was wonderful to cook in and made a great space for our family to play games and chat. We used the backyard for the hot tub and grill, it was fabulous. It was a comfortable and clean stay. The only downfall is some upgrades, but nothing that would make me not stay there again. The property manager was responsive to our needs during our stay and was open to the feedback my family offered. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and really close to the main street where little shops are. It's all within walking distance and the nearby coffee shop was delightful!
