Enjoy a spacious living area with a fireplace and reclining sofas, a fully equipped kitchen, and well appointed upstairs bedrooms with 2 king beds and 1 queen. Located minutes from world class skiing, hiking, fishing, and biking. Less than 1 mile from downtown Gunnison, shops, restaurants and river access. Crested Butte is a short 30 mile drive. The free RTA bus is an added bonus for an easy and relaxing way to and from CB. Pickup and drop off stops are minutes from our front door. Additional house amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV's, W/D, and garage parking. Our neighborhood is family friendly and a short walk to CharMar Park.
