ممتاز مع موقع جيد وقريب من كثير من الأشياء مثل شاطيء البحر وفيه مسبح جميل إلا انه غير متاح في جميع الأوقات ويجب الانتباه عند الحجز عن وجود حجز بإفطار وآخر من دون افطار الكادر متعاون ويجيد العربية والإنجليزية اضافة إلى التركية

Çarşaf ve yastıklar yıkamaktan aşınmış ve lekeliydi. Otel terliklerinin üstünde benzer şekilde sanki pas lekeleri vardı. Oda kokusu da kötü değil ama hoş da değildi. Tek gece için kabul edilebilir belki ama uzun süreli konaklama için yetersiz diye düşünüyorum.

Very disappointing stay We stayed for 4 nights and were very disappointed. The room was not cleaned during our entire stay, the internet was very poor, and the towels were old and stained. There were no facial tissues, no iron, and no extra toilet paper unless we asked for it. The bathroom also had an unpleasant smell, and the duvet provided for our king-size bed was only twin size. Most concerning, I found a bug in the breakfast seasoning. Overall, the room did not feel clean or well-maintained. Definitely not what we expected from a hotel.

First of all the girl at the reception her name is Senam is very very rude she's not supposed to be there,we ask her we need one bedroom for 2 nights and she turned us away for no reason in a very bad way without even checking the system and telling us no availability which is we checked online and it was plenty of rooms available after that we booked it online and I asked her for the address before we booked just to make sure it's correct one again she was very rude and yelled at me that I don't have reservations , additionally the hotel it self not clean the hallway to the rooms it was totally dirty , the room it has bugs and next day we didn't get clean. Overall is not 4 star hotel barely can be 2 stars
