"Location and breakfast view are the best features. It is a bit over priced for hotel facilities but if you're looking for a quick and restful stay without any frills then its a very nice and central option. beds are comfy and linens were clean. Rooms and bathrooms are small in general and theres no pool etc. Could get street noise on 2nd floor maybe higher floors are better. "

"Cold room, loud and outdated fan right outside your balcony, unfriendly staff ( except one out of the whole team ) zero hospitality, zero customer service training, asked them if I can change rooms since the toilet fan doesn’t work and the loud noise from the heating unit in the balcony and they asked for extra money even though the place was empty, only 2 families in the entire two building. Extremely disappointed, definitely will be my last visit. "

"On the website it is written that check out is at 11 o clock, but when you go to the hotel there id writttn that it is at 10 o clock. so i have been there 2 times and both times they will come to knock on the door at 10 in the morning. also reception is little nervous and the condition of the rooms is not so good"

![The Kızıl Kule (Red Tower) is a 13th-century tower in the Turkish city of Alanya. Part of Alanya Castle, the tower is considered to be the symbol of the city. And it's definitely one of the most impressive sights in Alanya :). One of my highlights of Summer 2018!

And more about the Red Tower: Being one of the unique examples of the medieval Mediterranean defense structure from 13th century, Red Tower was built by order of Alaeddin Keyqubad I, the Seljuk ruler, to Ebu Ali Reha el Kettani who was a master builder from Aleppo in order to protect harbor, shipyard and Alanya Castle against attacks from the sea. "Yes yes yes. Great service! Really nice staff! The room was quite big and had a nice cosy balcony. 10 minutes walk from beach and 15 minutes from the bar-street. Staff: Ewa at reception and Alejandro were incredible — friendly, helpful, and a real credit to the hotel. They made check-in effortless and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Food & Drinks: Delicious and varied buffet with great cocktails and mocktails. Rooms & Facilities: Spacious, spotless rooms with everything you need. The resort has multiple pools, a private beach, spa, gym, and great snacks for kids. Location & Transport: Shops and excursions right across the street, plus easy bus or taxi access to Alanya centre. About 2 hours from Antalya Airport — private transfer recommended. Kaila Beach Hotel turned our trip around — we’ll definitely be back!"
