"We informed the receptionist that our safe was locked open and we couldn’t use it. No one came to fix the issue after a reminder so we needed to keep our valuables with us at all times. "This is a nice hotel, as long as you realize that the location is fairly isolated. Specifically, there is only one other restaurant within walking distance and it's a 10-minute cab ride to museums and downtown. We had all of our breakfasts at the hotel was well as several dinners and all were good. Bar has limited hours but the front desk has a limited selection of bottled beer. If the weather is good, recommend taking advantage of the beautiful back deck. "

I parked at a charge station for E-vehicle and received a parking ticket for $60.00 I contacted Hotel reception there was nothing they could do :-( why offer hotel parking ??
