(408 reviews) So the room was perfect and the views were unmatched! The weakness of the facility is their need to nickel and dime their guests at every corner with non-included things all over the island despite me being all inclusive. The next weakness was the staff apart from one fantastic bartender Rasel which I loved, many of the hospitality staff weren’t very friendly on top of the buffet area the tables were not kept clean and was often hard to find a place to sit. As far as the dining establishments go I felt the food was subpar for a place of its quality with many things not appearing on the menu that were advertised. Finally I was unable to make a single snorkel trip with them always being cancelled due to possible storms even on the best days.
