"The Breakfast was limited. The parking was great and safe. There were no lights on in Lobby all day, even though we ask the staff to turn lights on so we could visit with friends, only natural light near front, no lights in lobby seating area. "

"Yes the staff as I witness with other customers good have been much better, and the Breakfast, as I’ve stay d here many times and yes this was the first breakfast was sub par, bacon over cooked the first milk carton was spoiled came out in chucks, we were always waiting for more food to be put out on the line."

"Disappointing Check-In Experience - I arrived at 2:45 PM and was told to wait until the official 3:00 PM check-in time, which is understandable. However, when I returned at 3:10 PM, I was told the room still wasn't ready and that they would call me within the hour. That call never came. I eventually returned at 5:30 PM to finally get my keys. Communication was poor, and it’s frustrating to waste several hours of my trip waiting for a room that should have been ready on time."

"The staff continuously called me to have me do early check in prior to even seeing the property and I had pay at property selected. She stated she’d tried to run my card to check me in WITHOUT MY CONSENT. I was furious but had my card locked so she couldn’t. I’d never stay here again. "
