Brand new home on the 2nd tier. Private pool in the Spring of 2022. PRIVATE pool The Paddock is a brand new 4 bedroom 3 bath 2nd tier house on Ponce de Leon that has great Gulf views. This super cute home will accommodate up to 14 people comfortably with 2 King size beds, 2 Queen size beds and a bedroom that has two sets of bunk beds with a twin on top and a queen on the bottom. There are open decks to enjoy the view, catch some rays or chat with friends and family. This home has a PRIVATE pool and hot tub (that can be heated WITH AN ADDITIONAL FEE--HOT TUB ONLY) . THIS HOUSE RENTS ON A WEEKLY BASIS DURING THE SUMMER AND SPRING BREAK WE RENT A YEAR TO THE DATE.
