CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

We really enjoyed our trip to Gulf Shores. The condo was perfect; beautiful views from the balcony, just steps to the beach and clean and very comfortable! It’s evident they take great pride in their property.

Winter Getaway

Great condo! Very clean and well stocked. Communication with Alabama Getaways was good. The view and deck looking at the Gulf is amazing. Close to everything. Would love to stay again.

Perfect Location

We love the location of the Seawind condos and this particular condo did not disappoint. It was clean and had everything we needed for a great beach vacay. I was slightly disappointed that the 3rd bedroom did not have the bunk bed that is used in the photos because it made my kids sleeping arrangement a little harder, but still a great place!

Amazing condo

This place was the best!! No complaints about are condo at all. Definitely will be back at this same location. It was super clean, beautifully decorated, and a nice place to call home for a few days! My only dislike was they need an extra elevator or two but the condo itself was a 10 out of 10.

Beautiful views - fun on the sandy beach - fishing too!

The condo was super nice for our two families of 7. It was well stocked as far as kitchen supplies/utensils! Great to be able to cook our own meals, and to have the washer/dryer, beach chairs and sand toys as well as boogie boards for the kids. Our weather was half and half as we had some red flag and double red flag days as well as a couple yellow flag days. Kids loved the beach, the pools and hot tub - Dad’s fished right off shore everyday and caught fish! I think for us it would have been better to have the bunk beds still as the third room was very small and squeezing three young children in there was not easy. Fortunately, we brought a small float blow up that the 2 1/2 yr old slept on. The only way 8 people can sleep in this condo is to put the blow up mattress in the living room. Views were lovely - sunrise and sunsets! Dolphins! Can be a bit windy on 18th floor balcony - so have sweatshirts for early morning and late evenings! Be prepared to wait for the elevator or get your exercise taking the stairs!!! 😎

Great location!

Seawind 1809 was a perfect option for our small family and parents. The location was perfect to get to the beach, which was not overly crowded. The condo was clean and stocked well.

Golf shore vacation 2023

We come to South Alabama every year in January and February and stay on the Gulf shore this year's place was fantastic it was a beautiful scenery perfectly located to all the activities and look for to stay there in the future

Absolutely Amazing

This has got to be one of the best condos in Gulf Shores. The location was perfect and the condo was wonderful. The views were great, very clean and quiet. We will definitely check out this location before any others when we return to Gulf Shores. Thank you for making our stay perfect!!

Wonderful

We were there for a cheer competition with 3 adults, 1 teen, & two children. There was plenty of space for all of us, the view is fantastic and the location couldn't be better. The property was clean, had anything we could ever need, & the staff were friendly & helpful.

Great Condo Right Off Beach

The condo was great. Enough room for our family of 7 plus some. Great views and easy access to the beach. Short walk across the street to grocery and souvenirs. Only downside is the facility elevators…often it was quicker to walk up 18 flights than to wait.

Super place to stay!

Condo was super clean and very well decorated. Comfortable beds. Condo had everything you could need from games, books, kitchen stuff, to beach stuff: view is amazing - just wished I had remembered my binoculars! If I had any negative thing to say would be took me a minute to gain my height legs🤣. Would stay there again in a minute!

Great condo!

This condo is in a wonderful location convenient. The unit was perfect. Wonderful view, comfy beds. Only 1 thing I would say was not ideal was the elevators. There are 2 and have a hard time keeping up in this busy complex. They are slower and 1 shuts down intermittently. Location trumps the elevator. We would definitely come back.

Graduation Celebration

We were a group of 7 and the condo was the perfect size for us. We all had enough room to be together and still be comfortable. Beautifully clean, and well stocked with necessary kitchen utensils. I even tried to extend our stay because we were having such a great time. The views are AMAZING from the 18th floor. Check in and out were a breeze. The hosts answered any texted questions we had, within 5 minutes every time. Definitelyy recommend this property.
