The Captains Landing is an amazing new home completed in early 2020 and located in the beautiful West Side Cottages development. The Captains Landing is located directly on Little Lagoon and provides guests with awesome lagoon water views. Just a short walk across the street, you'll be on the beach of the Gulf of Mexico. Four bedrooms give plenty of space to spread out and the high-end finishes will make this a luxurious home for your vacation. The subdivision has its own private pool for relaxing. It's the perfect location for anyone wanting to kayak, and the shallow waters of Little Lagoon Pass are ideal for the little ones to play in the water. Enjoy the beautiful sunrises and sunsets from your private deck. The Captains Landing is a wonderful place to make memories that will last a lifetime.

Until we meet again
We loved this property! We stayed in a similar 3 bedroom last year, but this 4 bedroom house was perfect! It was clean, it had everything we needed, and it’s in a quiet neighborhood. The walk to the beach is worth being away from the crowds. The walking trails and piers are so nice for morning and evening walks. My husband and kids enjoyed some fishing, my toddler loved taking an afternoon walk. Book this place, you won’t regret it!

The cottage was spotless, and its design helped us keep it clean. We enjoyed ourselves immensely. I particularly enjoyed the fact that we were 13+ blocks west of the main intersection, so there were no crowds, no big stores - - just white sand beaches and families enjoying themselves on the Gulf.
The cottage itself has a lovely lagoon view, and feels quiet and isolated, until you look to either side and realize how close the other cottages are. In any event, we had a great vacation and would highly recommend this specific cottage.

Beautiful Home on the Lagoon
We enjoyed our two week stay at this beautiful house on the lagoon in Gulf Shores AL. The home had everything we could need and the location was perfect for us. We traveled with our dog and this home is directly on the walking path. It was a short easy walk to the beach also! We rode our bikes to town and to the State Park. Thanks so much for making our stay so comfortable. There are steps to get into the home, as there are with almost all the homes in the area.
