Home was custom built by owners in 2023 with guest in mind .This private vacation home is for families looking to spend quality time together under the sun.Gulf views and direct access to sparkling white sandy beaches with public access are a short a walk ( approx 550ft) from the home Enjoy two master suites with there own private bathrooms with large walkin showers and king beds. Your guest will enjow the guest bedroom with queen bed. The kids will love the bunk room with two sets of bunks. The guest bath is large and handicap freindly with grab bars and also features a soaker tub and tile surround. We are also pet friendly. Pets must be approved prior to booking. Pet fee is required. Pets are allowed on the beach in Fort Morgan. Beach house on a quiet, secluded beach in Fort Morgan area of Gulf Shores. No busy commercial congestion or large condominium complexes. Relax on the covered deck with excellent views of the gulf of Mexico and Mobile bay . Spend the day just steps away on the uncrowded white, sandy beach. Find shells, watch for porpoises and swim in the clear blue waters of the gulf. It's a short drive to several great golf courses, or shopping in Gulf Shores and the Foley (Tanger) outlet centers. Dine at local favorites 'Lulu's' owned by Jimmy Buffett's sister, Sassy Bass a local favorite , Tachy Jacks less than a mile from the house, papa Rocco's for pizza and many more. Close to the house is historic Fort Morgan, Recreate among endangered species and migratory birds. Over 4,000 acres of beach dunes, scrub dunes, fresh water marsh, salt water marsh, and maritime forest make up the Bon Secour national wildlife refuge just west of gulf shores. This coastal refuge is part of the central gulf ecosystem unit part of the migration route of the monarch butterfly, the refuge is also known for its more than 120 species of birds - making it a paradise for bird watchers. Along with birding, the refuge offers opportunities for hiking, swimming, photography, collecting sea shells, and boating. Fishermen enjoy both fresh and saltwater fishing. Ride the auto ferry to Dauphin Island for a tour of the sea lab and estuarium. The Estuarium is an exciting educational public aquarium highlighting the four key habitats of coastal Alabama: the Mobile Tensaw River Delta, Mobile Bay, the Barrier Islands and the Northern Gulf of Mexico. It includes the 10,000 square foot Exhibit Hall, a 7,000 gallon sting ray touch pool, and the Living Marsh Boardwalk. This facility has 31 aquariums totaling over 30,000 gallons with more than 100 species on display. The Estuarium showcases the plants, animals, and other natural resources found in the Estuary and its surrounding marine habitats. Through beautiful visual exhibits and engaging interactive exhibits, the Estuarium will leave you with a broader understanding of the interactions that take place in Mobile Bay, the fourth largest estuary system in the United States. Bird-watching and sunbathing are two of the favorite activities on this island paradise. My parents came with us and my dad is in a wheelchair, so the lift worked out perfectly. Our puppy, Kash, enjoyed his stay as well! There were lots of pet essentials available in the home (although we didn't need to use any, as Kash had more luggage than us). It was just a short walk to the beach, which we made a few times. Are we glad we did! The house, along with the location, was perfect. Four beautiful BR, three large, comfy baths along with an outside shower. The kitchen was so well stocked, it lacked for nothing. The place was clean beyond belief. It also has a cargo elevator that made loading suitcases and supplies so easy. Our pups were also welcomed, which is great as we always travel with them. We’ve been to Destin, PC, Clearwater, Jekyll, Tybee, and Myrtle Beach. Three years ago we heard about a quiet, beautiful dog friendly beach in Fort Morgan AL. Ok we’ll give it a try. Wow, just wow! How lucky we found Cheryle and Mid-State Enterprises. We rented a lovely house just a minute or two walk to the most beautiful beach ever. It was quiet, and just a short drive into bustling Gulf Shores. In 2024, we strayed and stayed at another house. We totally learned our lesson. All rentals are not equal. This year, we stayed at her big, beautiful Out O’ Town. It completely exceeded our expectations. The pictures do not do it justice. It was off the chart. We are planning a three week stay next October and trust me, we will definitely go with Mid-State. Trust me, you will not be disappointed. ##### Diane O. We pushed this home occupancy to the max with 8 adults and 4 children and there was plenty of room for all. Everyone stayed busy and relaxed at the same time.
