LAYOUT: This condo has 2 MASTER BEDROOMS, one on each end of the home. Both Master's have comfortable King beds. There is a 3rd bedroom featuring a Queen Bed and Twin Futon. Each bedroom has a private in-suite bath. The South master bath can also be accessed through the living/dining area. The living room has a Queen Sleeper Couch with a Tempur-Pedic Mattress. The condo can comfortably sleep nine people. The beds have gel mattress toppers and 700 thread count Egyptian Cotton Sheets to insure everyone gets a good night's sleep. The South Master Bath has a CUSTOM BUILT WALK IN SHOWER. The North Master Bath has a TV with a DEEP SOAKING TUB WITH SHOWER, and a window viewing the Bay. Everything about our stay was amazing, from the communication with our host, to the location of the condo. The decorations in the unit were lovely and felt very inviting. Our host made sure we were very well taken care of and every detail was attended to. Definitely highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable condo directly on the beach!! We loved it!! We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at this condo. The beach was great, the location was excellent and the condo was great. The three ensuite bedrooms as well as the owner supplied beach chairs was an appreciated convenience. ##### William B. Loved the balcony with views of the sunrise and sunset everyday. We also had many dolphin sightings, sometimes up quite close. The accommodations were spacious even with six people. We did have an issue with the ice maker, which our host was very eager to make right, which he did. He was very easy to get ahold of and promptly responded to any communication. The condo was spacious and in a great location on a beautiful and clean beach. We loved that we had 3 separate bedrooms with their own bathrooms for each of our 3 couples in the group. Our adult daughter slept on the pull-out sleeper sofa and had no complaints and said it was comfortable. We never had an issue with parking or the elevator. Everything in the condo worked well, including not running out of hot water, which is a must with this many people. We'd definitely stay here again! ##### Jana P. The views were amazing from both balconies. It was nice having two master bedrooms and three baths. All the amenities were provided. The pool was great when you needed a break from the hot beach. It was never crowded. Parking was very close and getting luggage, etc up to the condo was real easy with provided carts. The property isn’t far from all the fun souvenir shops, restaurants and other places to go. I would definitely stay here again, everything was great and Scott was wonderful. Checked in with us after arrival to make sure everything was good and called after we left to see what they could improve - which was nothing. ##### Lori D. We loved our stay at 1806 Ocean House and would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a great place to stay in Gulf Shores. The condo facilities were very inviting with fast elevators and a great pool! The condo itself was well appointed with a fully stocked kitchen. It was very nicely decorated with an inviting beach theme. All the beds were very comfortable and each bedroom had its own nicely decorated, clean bathroom. We loved all the special touches like custom decorations (highlighting places of interest and things to do), games, beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys. Scott was super responsive and helpful throughout the booking process and our entire stay. We had no issues whatsoever and will be back! Booking with private owners is the only way to go. We loved the location, the condo, the beach! The condo was just as advertised. It was clean (except for behind furniture) and had everything we needed. The balcony is nice and big and we watched the sunrise AND sunset most days from sitting on the balcony! Being on the 8th floor gave us a beautiful view of the pool and ocean. All the bedrooms are nice and roomy. We loved all the TV’s with cable and the ability to watch streaming channels as well, since the sun set before 5pm We enjoyed having beach chairs to use so we didnt have to buy chairs we may never use again! The living room furniture was fairly comfortable….the 2 chairs were nice since they rocked and swiveled! The sofa was sinking in the middle, as I think that tends to happen with sleeper sofas, so I didn’t sit there much at all. We loved the heated zero entry pool and having the beach just steps away!
