Top floor, end unit (3 flights of stairs, no elevator) Parking: This condo has its own designated parking space marked 505 on the ground level. It is large enough for one large vehicle or two small vehicles. Maximum of 2 vehicles allowed. No extra parking available at this site. Common Areas: Gazebo Grills Picnic Tables The BeachFront is a small, low rise, three story complex with only 36 units. The beach is usually not crowded with the exception of the summer holidays. Parking is below the unit on the ground level. Guests are welcome to use the gazebo, grills and picnic tables. When walking out of the condominium door and down the stairs, you are only a few short steps to the white sandy beach. Only 2 vehicles are allowed. The first vehicle must pull up as far as possible in the parking area, the second vehicle must pull up behind the first vehicle. The vehicles may not protrude past the walkway. Guests can walk across the street to a convenience store, restaurant, seafood market and ice cream parlor. This condo is beach side. This condo has a large private deck/balcony. This condo is the end unit on the top floor in the east building. We also have great views of the gulf from each bedroom. Beach chairs and beach towels are not included, however Suncoast Beach Rentals is set up on the beach directly in front of our neighboring complex to the East. This condo is non-smoking. The host went above and beyond checking on us since there was a hurricane in the gulf. The condo was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beach! We will return. ##### arlene b. We had a wonderful stay in this perfectly appointed condo! It did rain for the majority of our trip, which made us appreciate the condo itself all the more. A good bit of time was spent in it!
