It's visible, but you can't see the waves unless they're higher than a couple feet. The check in process requiring a stop at the office was a little inconvenient because all the information would have been now efficient in an email, but it was only a few min pitstop. House was spacious and the large bunk beds was nice, but the top bunks didn't seem safe for my littles because the mattresses were almost at the same level of the hand rails. The house was very well organized and equipped for everyone to have a relaxing stay. It was a very short walk to the beach and the house has a small assortment of beach toys in the downstairs storage room. All appliances were up to date and everything worked without exception.
