It was about half a block walk down to the beach access. But not bad walk Plenty of parking and chairs on front porch to watch and hear the ocean property was clean and everything worked in the house. There were minor things from wear and tear on a house so close to the beach. Inside of house was lovely and perfect for a family group our size. Reed Rentals came immediately and fixed our issue with our TVs. Loved the privacy and beauty of Fort Morgan but wish there was at least an affordable grocery store there.
