We had a small problem in the bathroom the first morning, but we called and it was fixed very quickly. The indoor pool was nice and heated which was good because the temps were a little cooler this year. The layout was excellent. The furnishings comfortable and eye-appealing. This condo had all that we needed to provide a fantastic stay. The view from the balcony was excellent. We could see dolphins playing right in front of our eyes. The kitchen was well-laid out. It was easy to get onto the beach, and the elevator was working well. Perfect layout for a family of 4 or 5\. Check in was a breeze and everything was ready for us. Parking passes, beach passes, and codes for the door and gate. Gulf shores is the perfect vacation spot for families. We were a little worried about the party croud during spring break but the city had a no alchohol policy on the beach from March 1 through April 28th. So it was mostly families having a blast in the crystal clear waters. We will most definitely be back. ##### Michael G. Beds were great; unit had all kitchen essentials you need. The view of the ocean was spectacular. We never had an issue or inconvenience the entire time. The staff on site were friendly too. Only thing I would change is porch chairs need updated and pool chairs need cleaned. Also if you want ice buy some because ice maker little slow. We will be back. ##### Susan B. Loved the easy code entry. The view was fabulous! The weather was a bit chilly and windy, but that didnt keep us from daily walks in the beach. We walked to the nearby store and bought a few necessities and found a lovely dress of $9.99!! We were stuck in the elevator for an hour! Fire dept. rescued us. That wasnt fun. ##### Barbara S. I liked the key entry except for at night after we were inside for the night I couldn't tell if the door was locked or not. A dead bolt lock would be nice. The bathroom off the first bedroom the shower curtain was too short and did not have magnets at the bottom and therefore was hard to keep in the tub to prevent water from going all over and it also sucked in so when you were showering it hugged up against you. The parking situation was a bit confusing since we checked in after the office was closed, but figured it out with help from friends. I really liked how close you were to the beach and the pool area was nice also. Overall, I would say our first experience with renting through VRBO was a success! ##### Lori S. Parking was easy, elevators were quick and the property is well maintained. The beach and pool entrances are gated which is a plus. Beach is clean and beautiful with lots of shells to find. The outdoor area of the pool is mostly shaded after morning, the kids loved swimming in and out to the indoor pool area. We really enjoyed our balcony view and all the space we had inside the condo. The master bed is noisy when climbing in/out or moving around, but the beds and furniture are comfortable. Master toilet seat needs replaced and the shower head could use an upgrade. Only other complaint is the front door does not have a deadbolt or security lock. The property manager was easy to reach and very friendly/helpful when we had one small issue which they quickly resolved for us. Overall highly recommend! ##### Crystal M.
