For your convenience, the condo comes with a stackable front-loading full-size washer and dryer. The balcony is spacious with plenty of seating, offering a perfect spot to relax and take in the coastal views. The Colonnades 1403 is also close to all the shops and restaurants in Gulf Shores, providing easy access to local attractions and dining options. This property is a perfect choice for a luxurious and relaxing beach vacation!

This property requires a minimum of 7-night weekly rentals (Saturday arrivals) for the months of May through August.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
