### 3BD/3BA Sleeps 10 Butterfly Beach in Martinique Resort 🏝

Welcome to Butterfly Beach located in the Martinique Resort on the Gulf of Mexico in Gulf Shores, Alabama off Fort Morgan Road (Highway 180 West).   
  
This charming three story, three bedroom, three full bath beach house offers over 2,200 square feet of open living space that is situated in the private, gated Gulf Shores Community of Martinique, and neighboring the Bon Secour National Preserve.   
  
Downstairs you’ll find a spacious living room, dining room a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast counter, refrigerator with ice-maker, microwave and dish washer. In addition to the main living area downstairs there is one guest bedroom with a full bath as well as a large screened back porch with access from the kitchen.  
  
On the second floor you’ll discover the master suite an additional guest room and laundry area with full size washer and dryer. The master suite has a bubble-tub with glass enclosed shower, double vanity and separate commode room. Just off the master bedroom you’ll enjoy views of the Bon Secour Wildlife Refuge from the second story balcony. The additional upstairs bedroom has plenty of closet space and a large full bath with bubble-tub.  
  
Accessible by stairs from the second story, the crow’s nest offers a peaceful hideaway perfect for playing, relaxing or sleeping. Other features include 9 and 10-foot ceilings, ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning and lots of storage areas.   
  
Leisurely bike, walk or ride in the four-person golf cart to discover this unique beach community.  
  
The property is pedestrian, bike and golf-cart friendly There are two outdoor community pools, one indoor pool, Jacuzzi fitness center and tennis courts. The property is located by the 4200 acre Bon Secour National Wildlife refuge with walking and biking trails. Stroll along the private beach with a boardwalk from the pools to the white sugar sand. It does not get much better than this.

#### Butterfly Beach is TOP NOTCH

This is our 4th stay at Martinique and Butterfly Beach was by far the best home we have stayed in! Everything was so clean and the furnishings are high quality and up to date!! The kitchen has anything you would ever need - so well stocked. You can tell the owners take pride in wanting your stay to be excellent! The extra 3rd floor bonus room was such a hit with the teens! Book this home - You will not be disappointed!

#### Great week at Butterfly Beach

Our stay at Butterfly Beach was excellent. We traveled with our family and two tween grandsons for the week. The boys liked the loft so they had their own space. Everything was nice and clean and the kitchen is well stocked. The weather even cooperated with only one day that was a little rainy. Paula was very helpful with check-in and went above and beyond for us. I would definitely recommend this rental. Colorado Teel Family

#### Butterfly Beach 

The property is away from the beach but easy to access with a golf cart. The property is nice, along with pools. We loved the beach, and the attendant was super helpful and friendly. The house needs a deep scrub, especially the rugs and carpets. The back door would not open without my husband working on it daily. The garage was a mess, and the floor had battery acid from the golf cart battery, which would have been life-threatening for bare feet. The upstairs bathroom toilet spurts water when flushed. The living room couch needs to be cleaned or replaced. Nasty! The kitchen and pantry were nice, and the beds were comfortable. The first morning, we unloaded my son in laws truck they issued a ticket to my husbands truck for parking out of drive. The security is unfriendly and Scott is comical in how serious he takes his assignment. The wooden patio furniture needs to be replaced. It's so rickity.The grill is nice and clean/ enjoyed using. The area is quiet and a great place to relax.
