This year the place was not clean. There was a ton of hair all over, bathrooms were not clean and neither were the floors. We had to clean after we arrived. The upstairs air conditioner was broken when we arrived and the person came out to fix it and then came back on Easter. That was great and very prompt. Beds were ok, not the comfiest, but ok. The booking process was a little cumbersome and excessive but communication was good. Check in was ok even after hours. I wish I could have received the code via text or something instead of having to go to the real estate office. We wished there was a BBQ Grill that was usable. We came a little late due to the hurricane but it was a great time when we got there! The dock is everything a fisherman could want and they were biting well too! The first two days we couldn't get in the ocean but the house had some fun games, books and the perfect dock/pier for fishing and for the kids to jump from. The house is in the perfect spot to enjoy both the bay and the ocean. Beach access was right down the road. The house was clean and worked wonderful for our family.
