From the moment you arrive, you'll know you've made the right choice. This beautiful studio is designed for both relaxation and adventure—an ideal escape for a romantic weekend or a solo retreat. Stylish coastal décor creates a warm, inviting atmosphere that instantly feels like home.

Inside, unwind on the comfortable queen bed or stretch out on the futon—perfect for accommodating up to 3 guests. The well-equipped kitchenette includes a microwave and compact refrigerator, making it easy to prepare simple meals or quick beach-day snacks. For added convenience, coin-operated laundry facilities are located on the second floor, making longer stays stress-free.

Step outside and you're just moments from The Hangout, amazing restaurants, unique shops, and popular attractions, making it easy to experience everything Gulf Shores has to offer.

• RENTAL AGREEMENT & IDENTITY VERIFICATION: All reservations are required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement.

• AGE REQUIREMENT: Renter must be 19+ and stay for the entire reservation.

• NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.

• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.

Gulf Shore Championship Stay

This has been our 3rd year staying here during the NCAA Beach Volleyball Championship. This is a fantastic place to stay. It’s just across the street from the beach. Plenty of restaurants and shopping locations within a 4 block radius. The unit is very comfortable and quiet with great amenities.

All was great besides the strong Mildew smell!

This place is in a great location for Gulf Shores! It is right across from the beach, Pink Pony Pub, and The Hangout! There are restaurants and souvenir shops in walking distance as well! Overall the place does look like the pictures for the most part, it seemed pretty clean when we arrived, and checking in was easy! The only downside to this place is as soon as you open the door the smell of mildew hits you right in the face, it is very strong! You could see spots up on/by the ceiling that looked like mold… Our clothes, luggage, and personal items had to all be washed once we got home as they still smelled of mildew from our stay! It’s really unfortunate that this is the only downside to this place… because other than that it was great!

If you're looking for a 3-3 person stay that's sleeping arrangements only, this will work. However, this is NOT adequate for 4 people. It is super tiny. Bring your own shower towels, theirs sour after the first use and didn't smell clean at all. Location is absolutely perfect!

It was a good location, maybe too close to the loud cars on highway. that tile floor is tough to clean, my feet was covered in sand and dirt. the only way to communicate with the host was though email on VRBO. no phone # or address. I wanted to extend my stay, but had no way to communicate that to the host.
