Banana Split is the newest (2015) luxury vacation rental in the Banana Cabana family of homes in Fort Morgan. Like Banana Cabana 2.0, Banana Split is raising the bar in the Gulf front duplex category. Banana Split is the only duplex in the Gulf that offers a private pool and outdoor Cabana Bar for EACH SIDE. Each of Banana Split's pools are raised 15 ft. above the dunes thus giving you stunning views while offering each side privacy. Sit around your private pool or in your private Cabana Bar enjoying the sunset. Each side of Banana Split sleeps 19 people in BEDS. In these professionally decorated duplexes, you have 7 bedrooms, and 7.5 baths. Each side of Banana Split has 4 master bedrooms each with its own private bath. The other 3 bedrooms are all bunk rooms with private baths that sleep at least 3 guests per room. Right across the hall from the bunk rooms is a kid's living room so the kids have a place to hang out! Every bed features a luxury pillow top mattress for the best sleep of your life! Every room in the house has a brand new flat screen TV with the highlight being a 60' flat screen TV located in the living room. Hi Speed WI-FI is also available for your convenience. The kitchen is designed to feed an army with 2 full size refrigerators, 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, microwave, ice machine, 2 sinks, 2 disposals, and more!. A unique feature in Banana Split is we have installed a washer/dryer on the first AND second floor for your convenience. And finally, if this wasn't enough Banana Split is the ONLY duplex on the Gulf that can be rented and used as one massive house! We have designed Banana Split in a way that each side and each floor of the duplex can be opened up into one big house. If you have a big family reunion, anniversary, sports group, etc. we have the ability to host the whole group. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING AND NO PETS!!!! This unit rents on a Saturday to Saturday basis during the summer. There is a 3 night minimum during the "off-season". Weddings and Birthday parties are permitted. The house was perfect for this group of 12! Beautiful and great location! I do recommend that if you stay here be sure to have your groceries . Our family took a much needed vacation in August to the Banana Split East. It was the perfect size to accommodate our family. 4 King beds, 2 bedrooms with 2 sets of bunk beds (8 total) and a bedroom full/queen with twin on top! There were a few hiccups but Tiffany was very helpful. Hopefully all of the rooms have working remotes in them by now! Overall, our family had a wonderful time and the 5ft pool for the kids was awesome to splash in after a day at the beach! Distance to the beach is amazing and the boardwalk was perfect! First, let me say we had a great stay at Banana Split East! The home is beautiful and lots of room for our large group. The pool was great to have, and access to the beach was excellent! We rented chairs and umbrellas for the week, which I would recommend to anyone who doesn’t have them already. As for the house, it needs some care. The pics online for East are actually for the West side. The house was in need of some pretty good TLC. We had to have the AC repaired on our first day. There are no DVD’s players in the house. The cleanliness of the house was definitely not 5 star especially during this Coronavirus time. We had a broken bed that was replaced during our stay. Also had to have plummers out for a bathroom faucet issue. The response to get to these things was good, but would prefer not to have to make all those calls. ##### Kelly S.
