Royal Palms 403 is a beautifully updated one-bedroom, two-bath gulf-front condominium offering amazing views from the 4th floor. Ideally located next to the Gulf State Park Pier, this condo provides the perfect setting for your next beach vacation.

• Access to the private balcony is available from the living room.

• Beautiful plank flooring extends throughout the entire unit.

• The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need in your home away from home. The dining area seats three, and three barstools provide additional seating at the counter.

• A washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the unit.

• The living area has a queen sofa sleeper.

• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed.

• Two built-in bunk beds are located in the hallway alcove - perfect for children. (*Children six years of age or younger should not use the top bunk.)

• Skip the long lines - this unit offers keyless entry for easy check-in and check-out.

• One parking pass will be automatically billed. A maximum of two vehicles is permitted. If you need an additional pass, please let us know. The cost is $60 plus tax per pass. Hangout Music Festival passes are $150 each, per the association.

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

*Does not apply to monthly reservations, and some activities are seasonal
*Due to recent incidents of credit card fraud, we have implemented additional security measures to protect our guests and ensure a smooth check-in process.

Very peaceful

Royal Palms is was nicely situated at the East end of the beach by the State Park. It had beautiful views of the Gulf and the property was clean and well kept. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice condo was very clean, all furniture was comfortable and as described. Kitchen was well stocked with needed items. Balcony furniture was perfect and provided a great view. Beach access was easy and not crowded. Location was close enough to restaurants and far enough away to feel somewhat secluded from the busyness of town. Would stay here again

We loved the location of the condo, it was laid back and not crowded at all with great shopping and restaurants close by. The condo was decent size except the bathrooms, they were way too small. The couch could use a replacement. Everything else was great!

Family Vacation

The condo was very clean. Location was great. Very easy to communicate with owner. Entrance way was small, the bathrooms were small. I wish the bunk beds were in there own room just because they are on the way to the balcony and we have small kids who go to bed early. So once they were in bed we needed to stay in our room as to not wake them. However, It was a great place to stay! I do recommend. Just some of our thoughts. Thanks!

Just a little small

This was a very clean unit-that is most important to us. However, the bathrooms were so small you could barely turn around and you certainly couldn’t share it with anyone. The bedroom is on the front of the unit not the balcony side. It was only my husband and I there so we made do but someone with kids would find it very cramped.

Great location, nice unit, needed better cleaning

First off, the location is great. You’re the very last building before a stretch of land/beach that reaches Gulf State Park/Pier. So, due to this, the crowd size for the area was much smaller than others, yet you’re still close to everything. Check-in was a breeze and the unit was set up nicely. Had everything we needed. My one complaint was cleanliness, which falls on the rental agency. While they admit they’re short-handed in your welcome email, the unit is still cleaned by one individual, and then inspected by another some time before the next occupants arrive. It was stated to us that if parking tags were in the room, then it had been inspected (we were able to check in early due to this). However, there were two towels laying in our bathroom floor from the previous party, I don’t know how two people missed those in cleaning. Also, the floor was not clean, there were streaks and sand. Everything else seemed ok, but definitely not up to par. Overall, we’d give it another go with the location and smaller crowds

Nice condo, clean, everything was as described. Large patio on the beach. The indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub need updating but the kids didn’t mind. About 15-20 min walk into the heart of gulf shores. Overall it was a great stay and we would stay again
