Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
If the Murphy bed is used during your stay, please leave it open when you check out.
Before checkout, please place used bath and kitchen towels in the washer and start a cycle. If you used the beach towels, please wash them and return them to the designated storage area.
Please return the parking pass to the unit before checkout. Lost or unreturned parking passes incur a $20 HOA replacement fee, which will be charged to the guest.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
