Stay at our cozy condo and we offer $100 off one of our Salty Escapes Boat Rentals. Not only is it directly across the street from the beaches of the Gulf, but has direct Little Lagoon views and access for jet skis, kayaks, and boats! The boat launch, fishing pier, pool and grill pavilion are just steps from the condo's front door.

Load and start the dishwasher

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Please gather all trash throughout the condo and discard in the dumpster. The dumpster is near the boat launch in the gravel overflow lot.

Please turn all lights, appliances, and TVs off and set the AC to 74 degrees.

To lock the door simply press the "Schlage" button on the keypad. It will start flashing green, then turn the deadbolt to the right.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

The Cove Condo number 102B is on the west end on the first floor (the first upstairs floor - entire condo is raised) corner.

The parking spots are marked in black paint on the cement columns supporting the condo.

There is only one covered spot per condo the overflow parking is the gravel lot next to the boat launch on Little Lagoon.
