"Overall it was a pleasant stay. This was the 3rd we stayed at this hotel. One thing i didn’t appreciate was when i was in line getting breakfast with my service dog when one of the staff went straight to me telling me in-front of the other guests that pets are not allowed instead of asking if she’s a SERVICE DOG & for what purpose. That is the legal way to ask. Otherwise it was a good stay."

"The building felt a bit older but that is part of its appeal. It has a cool design that is perfect for New Orleans style. It was clean and maintained, and its location was very convenient, since you can walk just about anywhere from the hotel. The bar and restaurant were amazing."

"Housekeepers were a bit busy so by the time it was time to clean my room, I declined service because it was after 3pm. I had left out early that morning and mentioned my room was available for cleaning but when we returned, the room wasn’t cleaned and I was a little disappointed."
