Best pillows ever. The constant music around the pool and beach area was a bit annoying. The pool needs more shade options. The papaya salad chicken satay was delicious.

Great property and staff. Went out of their way to upgrade our room. Fantastic breakfast buffet. Beautiful pool and beach area. Close walking distance to tons of restaurants and bars. Awesome place.

Where can I begin? First of all the location and beachfront access were amazing. The staff went way out and beyond a D-defined VIP service. The front person I Don't recall his name (blond hair) made our stay very special . They also sent my daughter a personal cake to her room for her birthday!

The room wasn't very big, plastic chair low quality toiletries, 3 English movie channels, no rain shower , felt like a ibis room for the price point not value for money, pool is great, location is great , beach is beach , still bottles and cigarettes from the previous day on the beach , breakfast was very good and all the staff were amazing, island hotels are a little more expensive but overall I did extend my stay by 3 extra days so not that bad

The location of the hotel is very nice right on the beach. Though tell us set up well with the pool in the middle The main road right outside is all the shops and it's very walkable... Had a wonderful time walking the entire beach and the city for shopping highly recommend.!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the OZO! The room was clean and quiet, the pool was fantastic, and the staff were attentive and kind. I like how it’s within walking distance to everything but not in the craziness of Chaweng beach. I would definitely stay at the OZO again!

This property was the best for us we had a family of 12 plus a 14 month old. We had a 10 min walk to mall had our range of shops around and the the older ones had the night life only 15 min walk away. Perfect spot we loved it. Highly recommend this place.

Bad room very dirty and dusty and bad service
When we checked into the hotel i clearly stated a good room beforehand and they gabe a very bad room full of dust cleaners dont clean properly receptionist was very unfriendly and i have never exoerimced this coming to thailand for past 8 years even in a 2 3 star hotel. When ask for hotel shttle bus tjey asked for money or being bery rude.

Amazing hotel
The hotel's staff deserve special mention for their exceptional service. From the moment we arrive, they are greeted with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to assist. The staff are highly professional, attentive, and dedicated to making a memorable stay. They go above and beyond our needs, providing personalized recommendations, arranging transportation, and making reservations. I would really like to mention Nu Dee, who works in the hotel and arranged all our trips outside the hotel and made sure we where up and packed for that day's adventure.

Certainly the great place for vacation
Samui is my favorite place in Thailand, and this hotel just exceeded my expectations - everything from food to location was excellent. Central Samui shopping mall is just 8-10 minutes walking, direct access to the wonderful beach, good swimming pool, clean rooms and well trained staff are everything you need to have a great time!
