  • Pleasant and bright little house, recently renovated, with a view of a small open garden. It is a stone's throw from the shops and right next to the port of Gujan. The cycle path passes nearby, ideal for walking. The port of Larros is about 6 minutes walk, and the Canal beach less than 20 minutes away. The train station is about 700 metres away. A quiet place, perfect to rest and enjoy the area.

    The house is 35m2 with a fitted kitchen open to a living room - dining room. Bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower, and bedroom with dressing room. A second independent bedroom of 11 m2 with toilet and water point is located in a shed also overlooking the garden.
    The house is close to the railway tracks.
