Immediate access to a nice park among a river and cycle paths. 500m from leisure parks (Aqualand, La Coccinelle, Kid Park, Laser Game, Municipal Swimming Pool, Accrobranche, Bowling and Casino), 2km from the SNCF train station, beach and La Hume marina, 7km from Arcachon , 9km from the Dune du Pyla and the ocean beaches. 5 km from the Gujan Mestras golf course. 10km from Cazaux lake. Shopping centers nearby. Household linen not included, possible in addition. The accommodation has a double living-dining room, bright with its 3 French windows overlooking the park, dedicated to this dwelling. TV and WIFI available. A large south and west facing terrace will enhance your stay. A fully equipped independent kitchen (gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher), with adjoining pantry with a fridge-freezer, communicates with the dining room and the terrace. The bathroom with shower also includes washing machine and dryer. The 3 bedrooms are with double beds for two of them and with twin beds for the last. An office area is also fitted out. A heat pump provides heating and air conditioning for the house. In the park, a lunch area sheltered from the strong heat has been set up. A large trampoline is available for children. You will have access to the entire accommodation and the park (except outdoor lean-tos). The park has a parking space at your disposal. Small pet allowed. Le propriétaire et la personne de confiance sont des personnes très agréables et accueillantes. La maison est ancienne mais il y fait bon vivre. A proximité il y a de quoi faire pour tous les âges. Seul bémol c'est une année à moustiques donc nous avons pas mal été attaqués mais la location n y est pour rien puisque tout le bassin est concerné. Je vous recommande vivement cette location dont le charme sera vous séduire.
