Converted Schoolhouse With Private Swimming Pool.Sierra De Gredos, Castilla Leon

  • The school house has a charming patio leading off from the kitchen which has hanging vines and a barbecue and seating area. Ideal for having breakfast. There is ample seating at and around the pool. The old schoolroom, which has its own chapel measures sixty square metres and has floor to ceiling windows that look out onto the palm trees and mimosas. The nearest village, Poyales del Hoyo, is a five minute drive away.

    MINIMUM STAY:
    High season: 7 nights.
    Low season: 5 nights. We lowered the price per night considerably in low season. During this period the guests will be obliged to leave a 100 € deposit upon arrival for the central heating, which has a meter system.
