The bedroom offers a serene retreat, featuring a comfortable double bed with a stylish tufted headboard and bedside tables with warm lighting. Expansive windows fill the room with natural light, while air conditioning ensures a pleasant temperature throughout your stay. All beds come with quality linens for maximum comfort.

The modern bathroom features a sleek glass-enclosed shower surrounded by elegant marble-style finishes. A contemporary vanity and round mirror add a sophisticated touch, while fresh towels and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.

Step onto the adjacent balcony, furnished with a small table and chairs and surrounded by lush greenery. This peaceful outdoor space is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, reading a book, or simply taking a quiet moment to relax.

Guests have complete access to the entire apartment located on the 1st floor, including the private balcony. Parking is available for added convenience.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

A modern and comfortable apartment in Guimarães, located in a convenient area with easy access to the city center. Guests can explore the historic heart of Guimarães, the birthplace of Portugal, including the UNESCO-listed old town, the impressive Guimarães Castle and the Paço dos Duques de Bragança.

The apartment is also close to the Centro Cultural Vila Flor and Guimarães train station, making it easy to explore the city and travel to other destinations. The surrounding area offers cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, and local shops, providing everything guests need for a comfortable stay.

It’s an excellent base for discovering Guimarães’ history, culture, gastronomy, and traditional Minho charm.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stops are approximately a 2–5 minute walk from the property, with regular connections to Guimarães city centre and surrounding areas.

Guimarães Train Station is approximately a 10-minute drive from the property, offering connections to Braga and Porto, with onward connections to other destinations in Portugal.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) is approximately a 45–50 minute drive from the property, depending on traffic.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.


Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.


For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
