The living space features a comfortable sitting area, including a cosy double couch bed, an armchair, a TV for relaxing evenings, and a dining table. The open-concept kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socialising and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutlery to make delicious meals, such as an oven, cooking plate, microwave, and coffee maker.

The bedroom is beautifully decorated, and it includes a comfortable double bed and multiple storage spaces.

A shared bathroom has all the essentials, including fresh towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries to make your stay even more comfortable.

The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. It is located on the 3rd floor and the building has elevator.

Located in a peaceful area of Guimarães, this location perfectly balances tranquillity with easy access to the city’s historic charm. Known as the birthplace of Portugal, Guimarães offers a rich cultural heritage, with its beautifully preserved medieval centre, cobbled streets, and impressive landmarks such as the Castle of Guimarães and the Palace of the Dukes of Bragança. The area allows visitors to experience the authentic atmosphere of a city deeply connected to the nation’s history.

Beyond its historic beauty, the surroundings provide a welcoming local feel with cafés, restaurants, and green spaces nearby. It’s an excellent base for exploring northern Portugal, combining comfort and convenience with the cultural richness that makes Guimarães one of the country’s most captivating destinations.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.

The nearest bus station, EB1 Pegada (lines 003, 032, 171, 2352), is just a 1-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 40-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
