die Ferienwe hat uns sehr gut gefallen und die Nähe zum Strand war super. Auch die Ausflüge in den Süden der Insel waren gut!Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Gepflegte Wohnung mit toller Dachterrasse

Pros: Wir waren fast 4 Wochen vor Ort. Der Check-inn war vollkommen unproblematisch obwohl wir ca. 2 Stunden zu früh waren. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und verfügt über zahlreiche elektrischen Haushaltsgeräte. Das Highlight ist die große Dachterrasse, die wir jeden Tagen zum morgendlichen Frühstück bei strahlendem Sonnenschein benutzt haben. Auch das Sonnenbaden war hier je nach Wetterlage bist etwa 17 Uhr möglich. Supermärkte sind fußläufig erreichbar.

Also das Apartment war sehr sauber und es war alles wie beschrieben vorhanden! Wenn man aber Erholung sucht für einen erholsamen Schlaf, ist man hier im falschen Apartment! Alle Betten in den Zimmern sind ohne Lattenrost, also stein hart und mit einer billigen Sehr harten Matratze ausgestattet! Man bekommt starke Rückenschmerzen.. ansonsten war alles ok..

24 Tage Unterkunft in einer schönen Ferienwohnung in Puertito Güimar

Pros: reibungslose Schlüsselübergabe, Ausstattung entspricht den Bildern. Für zwei Personen ausreichende Bestückung Geschirr, Handtücher, Obstpresse sogar. Darüberhinaus alles sehr sauber in der Wohnung sowie in der ganzen Anlage. Regelmäßige Poolreinigung, wir hatten den Pool fast nur für uns. Die Ruhezeiten wurden eingehalten, die Nachbarn zu unserer Zeit zum Glück auch ruhig. Das Highlight die nicht einsehbare große Terrasse. Schöne Restaurants in der Altstadt, kleine Supermärkte fussläufig erreichbar. Wir hatten zwar ein Auto, das ist aber nicht erforderlich, die Busverbindungen sind ausreichend in alle Richtungen. Bushaltestelle in 8 Minuten Fussweg zu erreichen. Cons: Verbesserungsvorschlag, das gilt nur für uns, andere denken vielleicht anders darüber: Die Matratzen der Einzelbetten waren zu weich. Das Queenzisebett ist für uns zu schmal. Die ausfahrbare Dachmarkise halten wir bei moderatem Wind nicht für geeignet. Sie verursacht laute Geräusche wenn sie im Wind und in den Laufschienen schlägt. Bei flach stehender Sonne scheint diese auch unter die Markise. Wir empfehlen einen größeren und stabilen viereckigen Sonnenschirm oder ein zu spannendes Sonnensegel um den Loungebereich abzudecken..
