Immerse yourself in the wonders of nature as you wander among the working avocado orchard, also adorned with lemon, papaya, mango, orange, and nispero trees. Indulge in the pleasure of picking fresh, seasonal produce from the vegetable patch, and don't forget to meet the beloved brood of hens and cockerels. Awaken to breathtaking sunrises and the melodic calls of the roosters, while discovering the treasures left by the hens for your breakfast. Plus, enjoy the convenience of high-speed Wi-Fi, with speeds exceeding 60Mbps, available throughout the entire property. The living space The living space is divided between two houses. The pool house features a double bedroom (150cm bed), a twin bedroom (two 90cm beds), a full-sized family bathroom equipped with a washing machine, and a living room with a kitchenette that can be utilised as a third bedroom, complete with a double sofa bed. The second house boasts a spacious and fully equipped rustic kitchen, featuring a wooden dining table, a comfortable leather sofa, and a log-burning fire. Additionally, you'll find an acoustic guitar and a cajón box drum, perfect for musical moments. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for a self-catering stay, including: Electric oven Gas stove Italian Moka pot Filter coffee machine Large fridge-freezer Cutlery, utensils Plates, bowls, cups, glasses Mugs and coffee cups Frying pans and saucepans Kettle Toaster Microwave Wine fridge Children's cups, plates and cutlery Hand blender Juice squeezer, and more. Private swimming pool Take a refreshing dip in the expansive 70m2 swimming pool, where you can enjoy splashing around to your heart's content while taking in the breathtaking ocean views. The pool has a depth ranging from 1.20 to 1.95 meters and is easily accessible from either side with convenient steps for entering and exiting. The farm provides a true escape from the everyday hustle and bustle. Guest access You will have private access to the whole property and land. However, we will need weekly access to the land to water the fruit trees and plants and tend to the chickens. We will always coordinate with you in advance to ensure that these activities are carried out in a manner that respects your privacy and convenience. Other things to note: Check-in / Check-out Check-in time is from 4pm and check-out is by 11am. For check-in, we'll give you a code to the lockbox to get the keys and you can arrive any time after 4pm and check yourself in. Online check-in before arrival All guests over the age of 18 must submit their ID to comply with the current Vacation Rental Decree (Spanish law).
