Idéalement localisé face à la mer, à 2' à pieds des commerces, services, marché, port, criée....que demandez de mieux pour un séjour breton des plus agréables. Calme, aménagé avec gout, un parking, des vélos...... nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir car Le Guivinec est une ville à la fois calme et animée principalement par la vie du port et de sa criée. Tout est fait pour avoir une ambiance Bretonne !! Quantité de livres à disposition, renseignements sur le lieu, n° de téléphone de la gérante si besoin. Vue sur l'entrée du port optimale.

Magnifique studio, les pieds dans l'eau, avec vue splendide. Très bon emplacement sur le port, et proche de toutes commodités. Mme Rousseau a été très accueillante et réactive.

Studio situé au 3 ième étage d'une maison située près de l'entrée du port du Guilvinec. Appartement très bien équipé, même machine à laver. Propriétaire sympathique, accueillante, qui met tout de suite à l'aise et donne toute les infos nécessaires pour un bon séjour. A l'entrée et sur chaque palier plein de livre à profusions, des revues qui permet de parfaire la connaissance de l'histoire de la Bretagne ou décider d'une excursion. La situation du studio permet d'avoir une vaste vue sur le port et la mer, spectacle dont on ne se fatigue pas. La maison se trouve à deux pas du centre ville. Cette année, une expo de très grandes photos étaient installées sur les murs des maisons dans le centre ainsi qu'une autre expo derrière le port. Superbes photos ayant pour sujet la mer, la pêche, les marins. Belle initiative, en plus de la beauté des sujets, avec les légendes possibilité de parfaire notre connaissance des métiers de la mer. Chaque jours jours ouvrables les chalutiers partent en pêche et reviennent vers 16h30 pour la vente à la criée. Superbe spectacle de voir le ballet des chalutiers décharger leur cargaison de poisson que l'on peut retrouver le soir dans notre assiette. Un coin de paradis, j'y retourne dès que je peu et de plus je sais que dans le frigo m'attendra une bonne bouteille de cidre bio. Très belle location que je recommande vivement. Pour son emplacement, décoré avec goût, d'une propreté impeccable, très bien agencé, une vue imprenable sur le port, la mer, ce coin de Bretagne riche de sites à découvrir et pour le bon accueil de la propriétaire.

Der Blick auf das Meer, Ebbe, Flut und die Hafeneinfahrt sind wunderbar, das Meeresrauschen vor dem Fenster entspannend. Das Studio hatte alles, was man so braucht. Auch eine Waschmaschine gehört dazu. Und Madame Rousseau hat uns mit Langustinis und Cidre im Kühlschrank sehr nett empfangen. Zweimal in der Woche ist Markt, die Touristenströme halten sich in Grenzen. Für alle, die dies mögen, sei die Unterkunft sehr empfohlen.

Accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire avec petits cadeaux à l'arrivée. Vue magnifique, studio bien équipé, proximité du centre ville. Spectaculaire panorama des bateaux de pêche qui rentrent le soir au port Je recommande vraiment pour qui veut "baigner" dans la Bretagne authentique de la mer et de la pêche.

Joli logement au dernier étage, avec confort et vue sur la mer à 180 degrés. Bien équipé. La propriétaire est accueillante et non insistante. Mais vous donne bien les détails et conseils.. Nous étions ravis de passer notre séjour les pieds dans l'eau. Et puis les alentours, la côte en vaut la peine de s'arrêter quelques jours à cet endroit

Jolie petite studio, bien équipé avec tous ce qu'il faut. Magasins, restaurants et possibilités des balades au bord de la mer tous près. La proprietaire est très accueillante et toujours disponible si besoin. Le fin du fin est la belle vue. On pourrait rester assis toute la journée au grand fenêtre panoramique. Ilya toujours quelque chose à voir. Soit les pêcheurs qui rentrent, soit le changement de la marée basse et haute, la diversité des couleurs de la mer et du ciel ou l'écume des vagues.
