"Close to shops, transport and food. Safe car park. But smelly hallway and toilets. Toilets not always clean. Shower hot water doesn't heat up, cold showers. Bed linen had urine stains, and bugs in the room. When squished blood came out. Horrible. Room ceiling light unclean."

"One of my favourite places to stay at for quick trips. Only about a 10-15 min walk from the domestic airport terminal and also a 10-15 min walk to Mascot train station and where all the restaurants and supermarkets are. The premium economy room is comfortable and spacious for me, and the floor to ceiling windows let lots of light in during the day with great views. There are block out curtains and a comfy bed for a good sleep. I like the fact that the bed does not have those annoying...
