3 km away from the sea side and the medieval city and 1 km from salt marshes, this traditional house of the peninsula with its walled garden is located in the village of marsh Clis.
It has all the desired comfort (heated shared pool nearby, Fireplace, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, internet access, flat screen TV with orange channels, DVD player, nespresso coffee machine, safe ...).

Hôte très sympathique et accueillant, il a été très réactif pour nos nombreuses demandes et sa piscine était très agréable ! Grosse déception pour le logement : le jardin est minuscule, la maison vétuste, sale et peu équipée.

Positiv war der Kontakt zu den Vermietern, die direkt nebenan wohnen. Auch die An- und Abreise war sehr unkompliziert. Danke dafür. Die Lage ist gut, man ist schnell am Meer und an den Salzwiesen. Hier ist zu berücksichtigen, dass man nun mal auch nah an der Straße ist und die Autos im Garten und teils im Haus hört. Der Gemeinschaftspool befindet sich auf dem Grundstück des Vermieters und wird zusätzlich von einer weiteren Ferienwohnung genutzt. Das kann jeder bewerteten wie er möchte, ich finde es geht nicht so deutlich aus der Beschreibung heraus. Die Aufteilung vom Haus ist wie beschrieben, aber die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Insbesondere die Küche muss, wie auch schon in einer anderen Bewertung beschrieben, gründlich gereinigt, wenn nicht sogar teilerneuert werden. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt okay.

Ca aurait pu être parfait

Maison de caractère très bien placée pour découvrir la merveilleuse région avec les marais salant ainsi que la Brière, la vallée de la Vilaine et la presqu’ile du Croisic. Malheureusement la maison était très très sale et même pas balayée (sols, meubles, escalier ainsi que tous les appareils de cuisine ont besoin d’un nettoyage intensif et complet). Le parking se trouvant ne pas être privatif et à 80m de la maison n’est pas mentionné de la sorte sur le site Allemand, mais en parking (donc privatif et directement à côté de, ou sur la location). Les propriétaires n’étaient ni présent à notre arrivée et ni présent à notre départ.

mein erster Besuch der Bretagne

Es ist ein sehr heimeliger Ort, der für uns 4 Menschen sehr gut passte, sowohl was die Schlafräume als auch der Platz im Wohn- und im Außenbereich betraf. Schön gelegen, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, Parkplatz in der Nähe und in angenehmer Nähe zu Strand und interessanten Orten. Der Vermieter lebt mit seiner Familie in einem eigenen Haus nebenan und steht für Fragen und für eventuelle Bedarfe schnell und gerne zur Verfügung - es war eine schöne Zeit!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au Clis de Guérande. La maison est agréable et bien située dans un village entre Guérande et la Turballe (7 à 10 min en voiture) Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et réactifs. Si vous voyagez en famille, n'hésitez pas à passer par l'office de tourisme pour obtenir les différents livrets découverte des villes aux alentours (spécialement créées pour les enfants) avec des petits questionnaires et énigmes, et surtout ne manquez pas l'occasion d'aller profiter de la pêche à pieds à Piriac sur mer! Laissez vous également tenter par une visite en famille des marais salants sur le site Terre de sel, notre guide, Morgane, était top! Nous espérons avoir l'occasion d'y revenir pour poursuivre notre découverte de cette superbe région.

Une maison très agréable

Une maison très agréable, bien équipée, agrémentée d'une belle cheminée qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus plaisant. La maison est située dans un charmant village au calme, à proximité de Guérande, de ses commodités et non loin de la mer. Dommage qu'en raison de la saison nous n'ayons pas pu profiter du jardin et de sa jolie terrasse !
