Tastefully renovated stable dwelling belonging to a beautiful Logis next door. The space is beautiful, clean lines and perfect for hosting friends and family with its well appointed and stocked kitchen and dining room table. The rooms and bedding were comfortable with modern bathroom layout and amenities. Perfect for those looking for a quiet home minutes away from shops and restaurants. Marc, the host, was responsive and very friendly. We would recommend to all of our friends. A perfect stay!
Beautifully restored to a very high standard. Spacious and airy and very well equipped and appointed. Tastefully furnished with style and with good bathrooms, comfortable beds and quality linen. Excellent outdoor seating and surrounding woodland with abundant bird and wildlife. Many interesting places to visit as well as beautiful beaches and coastline.

Inadequate pluming and an ant problem, but a beautiful house in a lovely area.
This is a beautiful house in a great area. We did eventually enjoy our stay.
However, within a short time of checking into the house, the downstairs toilet off the kitchen became blocked having only had very light use. The plumbing was making some strange bubbling noises also. We informed the hosts who said they would come the following day. Later that evening however, a bath draining from upstairs caused the toilet to overflow and spread across the bathroom and kitchen floor. We contacted the hosts immediately and Marc came quickly to assess the situation. He worked on unblocking the septic tank and arranged for it to be drained the following day, which was great. However we had no help in the cleaning nor was any adequate cleaning equipment supplied, just two very inabsorbent cloths, some floor cleaner, an additional bucket and a single pair of gloves. Despite us suggesting it the following morning, no professional clean of the contaminated kitchen floor was undertaken. We cleaned as best we could with what we were given but remained nervous of any subsequent flushing, baths or showers for our entire stay.
I’d like to also say that there was a big ant problem during our stay, despite being very careful not to leave food out. There seemed to be an ant nest in the door of the dish washer, but also strangely a huge amount around and on our bed upstairs.
So it was a mixed stay of good and bad. But it is a nice house. Just perhaps inadequate plumbing.
