### Cozy cottage in Guérande with quiet terrace

In a typical salt marsh village, on a cul-de-sac, this pleasant gîte adjoining another cottage is located in a quiet setting, combining the charm of stone and exposed beams with modern comforts. A small, enclosed, south-facing terrace (20 m²) is nestled in lush greenery. Shared outbuilding available.  
Ground floor: living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, separate toilet. Upstairs: large 20 m² bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed and a seating area with a sofa bed (140x190 cm), and a shower room.  
Amenities included: radio/CD player, baby equipment, and 2 shared bicycles.  
Included: electricity and electric heating.  
Not included: sheets, towels/household linens, and tourist tax.  
Playground, pétanque court, and table tennis are 50 m away. Salt marshes are 500 m away, and the port is 4 km away.
