Come and discover the charming commune of Guérande, located just next to La Baule, by staying in this pleasant apartment. Designed for your comfort and fully equipped, it can accommodate up to four people.   
  
Ideally located for your next holiday, you will enjoy a balcony and a swimming pool within the residence. And to vary swimming and pleasures, the famous beach of La Baule and its promenade are less than a kilometre away!   
  
The pool is unheated and open from 1st June to 1st September.   
  
Upon your arrival in this apartment, you will discover a pleasant living area comprising a sofa, a dining table and an open kitchen. Fully equipped, it has everything necessary for cooking: oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine.   
  
From this room, you will access the balcony, fitted with a dining table, ideal for enjoying your breakfasts outdoors.   
  
The apartment also includes a bedroom with a double bed (140x190) as well as a bathroom equipped with a hairdryer and a washing machine.   
  
You will also discover the mezzanine which has a bunk bed consisting of a double bed at the bottom (140x190) and a single bed at the top (90x190).
