Welcome to the ALA Living Haus Familien-Freude in Günzburg. Located near LEGOLAND Günzburg, you’ll find our renovated and tastefully furnished family home, which can accommodate up to 12 people. Enjoy our modern accommodation, featuring four bedrooms with comfortable box-spring beds, a modern bathroom with a shower and bathtub, two separate bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a great dining table, and a cosy living room. Spanning 175 square metres, you’ll find everything families need for a wonderful holiday

In the spacious entryway, this modernly renovated family home offers plenty of room for the whole family. From there, you can access the cosy and spacious living room with a dining area. The cosy living room invites you to relax—in addition to a 55" TV, there are board games available for the whole family. Maybe you’d like to play a round of Twister together?

A large dining table offers space for young and old alike. A high chair is also available for our guests at any time. Next door is the separate, fully equipped kitchen, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, and dishwasher.

Also on the ground floor is one of the bedrooms with a 160x200 cm bed. You’ll also find a separate bathroom here. A staircase leads directly from the ground floor to the upper level of the family home. Here you’ll find another large bedroom, a family suite, a bathroom, a separate bathroom, and a children’s room. The children’s room has two 80x200 cm single beds. The large bedroom features a 180x200 cm box-spring bed and a 70x160 cm toddler bed. We’re especially proud of our family suite! It features a bedroom with a 180x200 cm bed and an additional room equipped with a cot, a changing table, and a separate sofa bed.

The spacious and completely renovated family bathroom, featuring a bathtub and shower, offers plenty of space and amenities for guests of all ages. Hand soap and hair & body wash are also provided.

On the day of your arrival, you’ll receive all the information you need to check into our “Familien-Freude” holiday home. Access is flexible via a key box.

Our family home is designed to ensure a wonderful stay for young and old alike. That’s why we’ve equipped this holiday home with toys for children ages 2–5, board games for the whole family, a selection of children’s books, and essential items for babies and toddlers. You’ll also find a high chair, children’s dishes and cutlery, and a cot in the holiday home. We’re also happy to provide a step stool, a potty, and a toilet seat. Upon request, we can provide an additional cot.
